Our experience spans the NHS, primary care, and the independent sector, equipping us to deliver expert support across a range of services, including domiciliary care, supported living, dementia care, short-term care, and end-of-life support.

The Care Act 2014 statutory guidance defines adult safeguarding as:
"Protecting an adult’s right to live in safety, free from abuse and neglect. It is about people and organisations working together to prevent and stop both the risks and experience of abuse or neglect, while promoting the adult’s wellbeing and considering their views, wishes, feelings, and beliefs in any actions taken."

• Zero Tolerance: We have a clear policy of zero tolerance for abuse. Unacceptable behaviour at any level will not be tolerated.
