Team Voice survey may-july 2025

TEAM VOICE

At Lav Care Services, our carers are the heart of everything we do. Recently, we asked our team for feedback: what’s working, what’s challenging, and what would make their jobs better.

Hearing their thoughts has been eye-opening. Thanks to their honesty, we’ve been able to make fundamental changes that matter, giving our carers more support, recognition, and tools to do what they do best: care for our clients with compassion.

It’s simple, really. When our team feels valued, supported, and listened to, everyone benefits. The people we care for get better care, and our carers feel proud and empowered in their roles.

A huge thank you to every carer who shared their thoughts. Your voice shapes Lav Care every day.
