Mugove brings extensive senior health and social care experience, with a career spanning more than 20 years across the NHS, primary care, and the independent sector. A registered nurse with post-graduate training in mental health and non-medical prescribing, she has held senior positions including Clinical Lead, Deputy Manager, Head of Care and Nurse Practitioner.
